Objectives for CME Journal Article
- Describe the commonly used theories of liability by which physicians are held accountable for the negligence of others
- Define the specific types of physician extenders and appropriate practice protocols
- Identify loss prevention measures to reduce the frequency and severity of malpractice claims attributed to the use of physician extenders

- Complete the Post Test and Evaluation and submit to the DCMS

CME Credit Eligibility:
In order to receive full credit for this activity, a minimum passing
grade of 70% must be achieved. Only one re-take opportunity will be
granted if a passing score is not made on the first attempt. A
certificate of credit/completion will be emailed, faxed or USPS mailed
within 4-6 weeks of submission. If you have any questions, please
