DCMS Foundation Future of Healthcare Conference

Inaugural Conference addressing the current health of Duval County and how national trends can positively influence local health in areas of: disparities, infant mortality, community access, advocacy, mental health, obesity/diabetes and food deserts. Program designed to reach group consensus on areas of public policy change with a committee structure to continually address community needs to be addressed at annual conference. Registration fee is $150 pp.
