The DCMS office was filled with ghosts, goblins, witches, fairies, bats & even Forrest Gump at the DCMS Alliance sponsored Halloween party on October 29. Children of all ages enjoyed the festivities which included a costume contest and games. Here are a few photos showing the creative costumes and those who attended.
