The Florida
Medical Association and the DCMS are sponsoring a free workshop for physicians
and their office staff on Learning How to Select and Purchase an
Electronic Health Record for your practice. The workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 2, from 6-8 PM in the
FPIC boardroom. If you have been considering purchasing an electronic medical
records system, this workshop is for you!

Alcoholics Anonymous Meeting Schedule Is
Online
The Northeast
Florida Intergroup of Alcoholics Anonymous has asked
the DCMS to help spread the word that their meeting schedules are available
online (website: http://www.neflaa.org). This is a great resource to share with your
patients and families who are suffering from alcoholism. Please make note of this resource. Printed schedules are also available through
the Intergroup office (phone: 399-8535 or NEFLIntergroup@aol.com) if you want
copies available for your practice.
