Leadership Lecture
The UNF Brooks College of Health is hosting a Healthcare Leadership
Lecture on Tuesday, November 6, at 6:30
PM at the
ACHA Medicaid Provider Forum
The Agency for Health Care Administration invites local
Medicaid providers to attend a provider forum in
· Agency outreach prior to the implementation of Medicaid Reform,
· Customer service provided by the Medicaid Reform health plans, and
· Benefit packages provided to Medicaid beneficiaries under Reform.
The provider forum will be held Wednesday, November 7, 2007, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, at the Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk – Anchor Room.

The November Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program lecture will be held on Thursday, November 8, 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Nemours Children’s Clinic.
