SECOND ANNUAL FUTURE OF HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE

MAY 21-22, 2018 at THE PRIME OSBORN CONVENTION CENTER

Join healthcare providers and community leaders as we dive into Northeast Florida's most concerning health issues and work toward unified solutions.

The purpose of the Future of Healthcare Conference is to discuss the top health issues adversely affecting the Northeast Florida community. The 2018 Conference will specifically focus on physical fitness/obesity, HIV, the opioid epidemic, health literacy, mental health wellness, and violent crimes with guns.

Attendees will include local and state healthcare professionals, area physician groups, health and wellness directors of local universities, leaders of nonprofit organizations, city and state political leaders, large area business leaders, and others who are interested in and can affect change in the local health environment.

ACCREDITATION: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of St. Vincent's HealthCare and the Duval County Medical Society Foundation. St. Vincent's HealthCare is accredited by the Florida Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Judged Poster Session: Plan Now for Your 2018 Poster Submissions!

Submissions for posters for our scheduled Poster Session will be available soon. We are pleased to have the maximum of 30 posters to be submitted. Our 2018 Conference will host a judged poster session on Monday, May 21, 2018, from 6-7pm. Cash prizes and a certificate will be awarded to the top three (3) winners.

The Conference Poster Session aims to allow physicians to showcase their abstracts and poster presentations on a local level in the Northeast Florida medical community.  Begin your plans and stay tuned!
