OCTOBER 7-8, 2019 AT THE PRIME OSBORN CONVENTION CENTER
Join healthcare providers and community leaders as we dive into Northeast Florida's most concerning health issues and work toward unified solutions.
The Annual Future of Healthcare Conference addresses the top health issues adversely affecting the Northeast Florida community.
The 2018 Conference specifically focused on the opioid crisis, violent crimes with guns, mental health wellness, and physical fitness/obesity.
The 2019 agenda will be posted soon!
Attendees will include healthcare professionals, nonprofit organizations, health and wellness directors of local universities, city and state political leaders, area businesses, and others who are interested in making a difference in the local health environment.
Credits will be available for MD, DO, PA & ARNP!

Judged Poster Session:
Submissions for posters for our scheduled Poster Session are complete. We are pleased to have a total of 20 posters submitted. Our 2019 Conference will host the annual judged poster session on Monday, October 7-8, 2019, from 5-7pm. Cash prizes and a certificate will be awarded to the top three (3) winners. Poster presenter questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org for details!
The Conference Poster Session aims to allow physicians to showcase their abstracts and poster presentations on a local level in the Northeast Florida medical community.
